Legacy Sales & Marketing takes great pride in continuing the work of R.F.Wall & Co., which was founded by Ray Wall in 1996. Five years after opening Ray was joined by his daughter, Andrea Whiteford, and together they built a solid reputation representing top-notch manufacturers in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC.
Customer service and staying abreast of industry trends made R.F.Wall & Co. a leader in the sales and marketing arena for over 25 years until Ray retired, passing the torch to Andrea.
The legacy of R.F.Wall & Co. is one of hard work and integrity, and those values are the cornerstone of Legacy Sales & Marketing.
We remain committed to representing quality K-12 products that meet the unique and ever-evolving needs of our customers.

Andrea is a graduate of Washington College and has been a dedicated
K–12 specialist in the brokerage industry for 24 years, serving Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. She is member of SNA, SNA-VA and SNA-MD where she served as their first elected Industry Representative. As the owner of Legacy she takes pride in running an independent brokerage with a selective portfolio--ensuring dedicated representation of quality products and exceptional customer service.

Lisa started her career in food marketing after completion of her MBA from University of Maryland in 1989 with McCormick Spice Company before finding her passion in School Foodservice in 2000. She spent most of her time as a Regional Sales Manager for cook-chill manufacturers, but also spent 6 years as the K-12 broker for a large national foodservice brokerage representing a large portfolio of companies specializing in K-12. She was active in ACDA and SNA as well as local PTAs and industry groups. After retiring from JTM in 2024, Lisa has enjoyed prolonging her love of creating value to K-12 operations working with Legacy Food Brokers.

Parker has been with Legacy since its start in 2024 and is proud to be a third-generation broker representative in the family business. He's spent the last two years learning all aspects of the business including the tracking and reporting of customer commodity allocations in MD and VA. He brings a fresh perspective when interfacing with both K-12 customers and industry partners and greatly enjoys driving the MD/VA territory in his grandfather's truck.
